Aim of this blog

Right now things are not going well and the only way we can move forward is to keep supporting each other with the skills we have. For me its about making sure children and young people are still gaining knowledge on their health and fitness and to provide sports ideas they can play at home. Whether this is in the living room or for those fortunate enough to have a garden.

Whilst other companies are using variations of HIIT training (High Intensity Interval Training) in order to get children fit and healthy, it can gadually become boring and demotivating to a child. What I aim to do is allow children to challenge themselves when they want, how they want and how often they want.

This challenges will come out weekly and allow children to pick which of the challenges they wish to do, be taught about what the challenge does and how they can impliment it into their daily lives and the sports they choose.

On top of this, the challenges will allow children to build up skill points that they can spend on a character design so that they can compare against their friends and hopefully family as everyone joins in together.
